OpenScores believes that every student should have the opportunity to
experience music. Our goal is to help make music education more accessible
by supporting school programs that may need additional supplies, materials,
or community assistance.
This project is still growing, and every school supported helps move
OpenScores closer to that goal.

Supporting Young Musicians
During Summer 2026, I worked directly with younger students through
interactive music activities designed to make learning more engaging
and approachable.
I created music games and activities for elementary school students,
combining rhythm, listening, teamwork, and other musical skills with
hands-on learning. These experiences also helped inspire the educational
games and resources available through OpenScores Hub.

Make a Local Impact
OpenScores is creating opportunities for student musicians and community
volunteers to support younger musicians and school music programs in the Doral area
through supervised, in-person service.
Volunteer opportunities are currently focused on the Doral area
and are coordinated with participating schools, teachers, or organizations.
Ways You Can Help
Mentor younger or beginner musicians.
Help with instrument demonstrations.
Assist at music recruitment or school events.
Support concerts and music activities.
Help organize instrument, music, or supply drives.
Participate in approved OpenScores service projects.
Volunteer applications are reviewed before participation. Some activities may
require identity/reference verification and school or parent/guardian approval.
